Here is another patient who had only minor attacks, but four large gallstones. Also note their yellow-brown color which is typical for cholesterol gallstones, the most common type. This patient underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery on a Friday and was only in the hospital about 4 hours. She did quite well and back on her feet before the weekend was over and fully recovered within two weeks. |
