The volume of required non-clinical paperwork has steadily increased in most physician's offices. Ours is no exception. Our Billing Manager, Lynn, and her staff of of seven associates have the task of submitting the proper forms to obtain reimbursement for services rendered and to help you obtain any necessary preauthorization for special procedures. This means interfacing with numerous third party payers and their individual rules and requirements.
