Our Receptionists
As the first and last contact our patients have with our practice, our front desk staff has an awesome responsibility. We have carefully selected our receptionists to fill this role in a friendly and helpful manner. They are trained to facilitate initial contact and to assist our patients with the intake process and registration. They verify that all of your personal information is correct including addresses, contact information, insurance numbers, and authorizations to save our patients headaches later. To protect your privacy, we have a nearby intake room where they can obtain more personal information. They are able to serve as liaison between our patients and their families during any lengthy procedure.
