Recovery Room
Our Recovery Room nurses station is fully staffed with Registered Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants who are specially trained in the needs of our post-operative patients. They comfort and care for patients during the recovery process by observing the patient and monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels). They provide postoperative instructions and help arrange any followup appointments or special tests that may be necessary. All of our nurses and physicians are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support techniques. With modern sedative and reversal agents, most patients are able to be discharged home within 30 to 60 minutes after their procedure.
