Medical Records
As part of our Quality Improvement program, randomly selected medical records are reviewed quarterly to verify the quality and accuracy of our medical records. Three Rivers Endoscopy Center and our professional practice, the Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition, currently share a common medical record. This improves medical care by assuring continuity of information The 10,000 charts in our Medical Records Department are maintained by our Medical Records Specialist. She makes certain that all charts are filed correctly and always available to your doctor and our clinical staff. Confidentiality is a priority and your records are not available to other individuals without your prior consent.
To further improve confidentiality, we have chosen a unique filing system.
