When your Physician says, "better have a look-see",
Look out! You are in for a colonoscopy
Talk about a party and a festive mood!
There is a lot to drink...but where is the food?
If popsicles, jello, and broth are your idea of a treat,
You'll enjoy this menu and life will be sweet.
But if steak and lobster are more to your liking,
You'll probably wish you were out hiking.
Drinking this cocktail is just half the fun,
The other half, friend...you're on the run!
Don't leave your nice home, and don't plan a trip,
This stuff is potent and you're in its grip.
"Go-Lytely" its called...a misnomer its true.
Nothing like Chablis, Merlot or even a brew.
You should not complain...it does a great job,
And to back down now would make you a slob.
But the "moment of truth" is here at last,
And this little action is over real fast.
The results? Astounding! Amazing! I'm sure you'll agree,
There's your colon in living color for all to see!
Oh its lovely and pink...not the least bit offensive
And the report you receive is so comprehensive.
So, come on, join the crowd, drink a toast to good health,
It will stand you in better stead than fame or wealth.
