    Stay warm and healthy with one of my favorite crock-pot recipes.

Chicken Taco Chili

  • 1 pound cooked and diced chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 package of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package of taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 – 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies (if you can’t take the heat just use plain diced tomatoes)
  • 2 – 15 oz cans of pinto beans
  • 1 - 15 oz can of cream corn
  • 1 – 15 oz can of black beans

To reduce the sodium content, rinse the beans. Add all ingredients to a large crock-pot and heat through. I usually heat it for about 4-5 hours on low or 2-3 on high. Enjoy.
