Dr Stanley brought us up to date on the advances in Celiac followed by a lengthy question and answer period. The audience was very pleased to be able to ask so many questions regarding their personal concerns with Celiac disease. He was able to accomodate all inquiries to their satisfaction.
We had thirteen actively participating vendors from the US and Canada who graciously provided gluten-free products. Delicious gluten free baked goods were provided. A dozen door prizes were given out that were informative and delicious.
We would like all who contributed to help make this such a success and are looking forward to this becoming an annual event!
