Imelda Kearns RN

Imelda Kearns was born in Ireland, where her family still resides. She has lived in the United States for 28 years now. She received her nursing degree in Ireland. She has extensive clinical experience, mainly in Critical care. She has worked as an ICU RN in San Francisco, California, Denver, Colorado, and now in Pittsburgh for the last 20 years. She has managed an ICU and Step-Down Unit in the recent past. She is ACLS/ PALS certified and also has her Critical Care Certification. She joined the Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition in September 2023 as our Practice Manager. She resides in Moon Township with her son Aidan. She loves to hike and travel in her spare time. She is very passionate about nursing. She is excited to work with the wonderful Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition team.
